How Connectix works

One network. Three ways to take part.

Connectix uses three account types to support the people who host connection points, the people who distribute WiFi tokens and the people who use the service.

Agent

Hosts a connection point

Reseller

Sells WiFi tokens

Individual

Buys tokens and tracks usage

Account types

Choose the account that matches what you do.

Each account has a clear role within Connectix. Select an account below to see what it is designed to do.

The Connectix model

Different roles. One connected system.

The account structure separates the physical connection point, token distribution and individual WiFi use so that each participant has a clear role.

Connection point

The agent hosts local Connectix infrastructure.

The agent role gives Connectix a physical location for a connection point within a homestead.

Token availability

Agents and resellers can make WiFi tokens available.

Agents may sell tokens in addition to hosting a connection point, while resellers focus on token sales.

WiFi user

The individual buys tokens and tracks usage.

The individual account is the user facing side of Connectix, providing token purchasing and WiFi usage tracking.
